The Disappearance of Janay Angelay Wiley – Jacksonville, FL (2020)
Janay Wiley was just 31 when she vanished from Jacksonville, Florida. It was June 2020, and she’d just been celebrating her sister’s birthday. Two days later, she made one final call to her father using someone else’s phone—then disappeared.
The call came from Wright Avenue on the Southside of Jacksonville. Her tone was calm. But the phone was unfamiliar, and a woman in the background asked for it back. That woman has never been identified. And the phone? Never traced.
Janay was the youngest of 11 siblings and known as “Princess” to her family. She was social, warm, and deeply loved. When she stopped calling, her family knew something was wrong. Police launched a search, but no leads ever emerged.
Janay Wiley was last seen on June 29, 2020. She is a Black woman, 5'5" to 5'7", 100–130 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. Foul play is suspected.
If you know anything, please contact the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. Her family is still searching—and someone out there knows something.
